By accessing or using the Munshi G service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

2 Account Terms

4 Payment & Billing

Some features of Munshi G require a paid subscription. By upgrading to a paid plan, you agree to pay all fees associated with that plan. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or as specified in our refund policy.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will only affect renewals and will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.

5 Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will lose access to all features and data associated with your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the service.

6 Data & Privacy

Your use of Munshi G is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, but no system is 100% secure. You acknowledge that you use the service at your own risk.

7 Limitation of Liability

Munshi G and its suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

8 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use of Munshi G after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
